St. Jude India ChildCare Centres (St. Judes) is proud and happy to share that this year marks the 10th anniversary of our Delhi Centres. The D1 and D2 Centres in Noida, Delhi were launched in June 2013 and were formally inaugurated in July 2013 to support young cancer warriors battling pediatric cancer.

The event was celebrated in June at the Centres. The happy occasion was graced by the children, their families, Judians (St. Judes alumni who are now cancer survivors) staff and Team Members from Delhi.

The event commenced with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and was followed by our Team Members lighting the lamp. Delhi team leader Mr. Pradeep Puri and Team Member Dr. Shekhar Kashyap expressed their gratitude and appreciation towards the children and families who reside in the centres. They especially thanked Judians who attended the event and inspired the families currently staying there.

The children enthralled the audience by putting together an enthusiastic dance performance for the occasion. Some of the parents along with Judians shared their experiences and conveyed their gratitude towards St. Judes. Later, our team from St. Judes For Life (Founded in Memory of Mrs Rani Vicaji) gifted special goodie bags to Judians who had especially come to the centre for this event.

Our Team Members then signed a wall of gratitude before feasting on the delicious ladoos prepared by the mothers. Everyone had a great time as snack boxes were distributed to the children and their families.

St. Judes hopes to make many such positive differences in the lives of those suffering from childhood cancer. Your support through donations and encouragement keeps us going in our quest to make sure that no child suffering from cancer is left untreated.
